Small paws raced along the worn path that led from the Swampclan camp to the nearby stream. Rainpaw had a little time to himself, and he had a perfect way of spending it. He was going to pick some stones today. Collecting stones was one of the things he truly enjoyed. Nothing made him happier than finding a beautiful, smooth stone with no imperfections. Maybe if he collected enough he would also be perfect like stone? 

His heart beat a little faster with excitement as he reached the shore of the stream. The water was crystal clear, shining with the promise of beauties. The small tom took a tentative step into the water. Even though it was leaf-fall the water was cool to the touch. Small shivers went up his spine as he stepped deeper into the water. He didn't mind getting wet. Honestly he liked it quite a lot. Now that he was fully in the water the shivers subsided. The hunting starts now. Who knows what today has in store for him
