- Build: Ruffpaw is an average sized apprentice with little muscle build that will grow into a n lithe, athletic adult that is medium sized and matches the average cliff clan adults.
- Other: Jagged scar on chest, back leg joints ache on high pressure days (ie:rain, snow)
- Brief Description: A sleek white tom with brown points and pale tabby markings.
appearance - General: Ruffpaw is definitely a handful for his clan and is very active and he often manages to go looking for trouble or situations that are more then unacceptable for his clan. His over active nature makes it hard for other clan members to keep him on task and where he needs to be. This often comes off as him being disloyal or that he doesn't care about the clan. When the tom is focused, this energy can become very positive and wills him to partake in long missions and challenges with an open mind, plenty of power and good stamina. Ruffpaw can be described by his clan as being rash, strong willed and independent. Even though it seems it doesn't matter to him this tom is fiercely loyal to his clan and gets very over protective of clan mates. Like any cat Ruffpaw has his flaws and tends to be a bit stubborn, head strong, and short tempered especially with other tom cats. This can often drive the feline into many arguments and senseless quarrels. However, behind the high strung tom cat there is a softer side and he tends to be sensitive when it comes to being teased and he will ward off the embarrassment by snapping back or using his rough and tumble side. Ruffpaw likes the elders of the clan and is hungry for their knowledge, but his biggest soft spot is for the ladies and he can be a real charmer when it comes to the she-cats in the clan and will go out of his way to aide them.

personality - History: Ruffpaw was born to two warriors that had been den mates for most of their lives, Mistflower and Stonefoot. They were both family cats and wanted nothing more than kits. Mistflower was mature and clever and Stonefoot strong and full of power. They gave birth to 4 healthy kits. 2 she cats and 2 tom cats. The two she cats became Egretkit and Falconkit. The toms Eaglekit and Ruffkit. Most of the little took after the large size of their father and were built for brawn over brains, but they took on their mother's maturity. Those three litter mates became very closer. Then there was the youngest misfit, Ruffpaw. Unlike his litter mates, Ruffkit was trouble from his first moment opening his eyes. He lacked his mother's mature side and was dangerous when it was paired with his mother's brains. Unlike his litter mates he was adventitious and had no problem trying to sneak onto the cliffs or find some way to get into people's hair. In fact the only time he wasn't trouble was when he was with the elder's listening to their stories off old, which was a habit for the smallest of the litter when he disappeared. Right around his 5th moon Ruffkit got tired of being teased and got out of camp to prove to his larger litter mates that he wasn't weak. As he leaped higher onto the cliffs he heard his older sister behind him. Falconkit had come to get him back to camp. Angry he turned and snapped on her. This surprised the young kit causing her to stumble. Ruffkit grabbed for his sister and was pulled over the length with her. The two kits fell, but luckily Ruffkit hit a length before the ground, Falconfoot met her fate by falling all the way. Falconkit died at the cliffs that day leaving her brother barely alive. Ruffkit was really beat up from his adventure and suffered a several gashes, a broken paw, a shattered leg and a broken heart. None of the clan thought that the kit would recover from his injuries so when two moons passed and his physical injuries healed and he was the same old troublesome Ruffkit the clan was thrilled. Although he was healed the scar on his heart remained and he still blames himself for his sister's death. Physically he has a jagged scar on his chest and his shattered leg still bothers him when it snows, rains, etc. Now in his 7th moon the kit knew he was late for his apprenticeship, but he was punished for his act of sneaking out for another moon. In his 8th moon he finally got apprenticed two moons after his two remaining litter mates (Egretpaw and Eaglepaw) and became Ruffpaw and was apprenticed to an older, calm and patient mentor who had refused to join the elders. Her name was Anifur. The next two moons went blissfully for the young tom as he began to learn the warrior ways. There was so much for his mind to take in and he was focused when training. However, the clan discovered that when he had idle paws was when his troublesome side took over. On his 10th moon Anifur was finally called to join star clan.

pending! I. Injuries: Hey kj! Ruffpaw sounds like an awesome addition to cliffclan. Just one thing. His leg injury. A medicine cat wouldn't allow him to continue his training until his leg was fully healed and didn't bother him anymore. Especially if he couldn't be on it for a while. Like its okay if occasionally like on rainy days or days with high humidity he gets a slight ache cuz that's just joints. But not that it still hurts him just doing daily activities. |
